Welcome to Cailemeng Sign. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases through www.cailemengsign.com and custom orders agreed with us in writing. Cailemeng Sign is operated by Hangzhou Cailemeng Network Technology Co., Ltd.
Please read these terms, the relevant product description or quotation, and our Refund Policy before placing an order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Definitions
- “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Hangzhou Cailemeng Network Technology Co., Ltd., trading as Cailemeng Sign.

- “Products” means the signs, lighting products, and other items we offer for sale.
- “Custom products” means products manufactured to your specifications or personalized for you.
- “You” or “customer” means the person or business purchasing from us. If you order on behalf of a business, you must have authority to do so.
2. Product Information and Specifications
Please check the selected design, dimensions, quantity, color, power requirements, accessories, and delivery option before ordering. For custom products, the specifications agreed in writing form part of your order.
Screen colors and digital previews may differ from the appearance of a physical product. Preview effects, including illumination and reflection depth, are illustrative. These limitations do not excuse a product that fails to match its description or agreed specifications.
Water resistance, outdoor suitability, included accessories, and power options vary by product. Refer to the specific product description or agreed quotation rather than assuming that all products share the same features.
3. Custom Quotations and Design Approval
When you request a custom quotation, please provide your intended design, wording, size, material preferences, installation location, and any other requirements. We may contact you to clarify the details before preparing a quotation.
The quotation and related written communications will set out the agreed specifications, price, and applicable production and delivery arrangements. The time needed to prepare a quotation depends on the design and information required.
Please review all drawings, spelling, dimensions, colors, materials, and prices carefully. Let us know about any changes before approving the design. Changes may require an updated quotation or schedule and must be agreed before they are implemented.
4. Orders and Payment
Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and pay using the options offered at checkout or agreed in writing. Follow the payment requirements stated in your order or quotation. Custom production is subject to receipt of the agreed payment and required design approval.
Prices, currency, delivery charges, and applicable taxes are as shown at checkout or in the agreed quotation. Any discount is subject to its stated eligibility, minimum-spend, and combination rules.
If an availability or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and agree on the next steps. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill your order, amounts paid for the unfulfilled products will be refunded.
5. Production and Pre-Shipment Confirmation
Production and delivery estimates depend on the product, design approval, and chosen shipping service. Refer to your product page, checkout, or written quotation for the arrangements applicable to your order.
For custom signs, we provide photos and videos for your approval before shipment and ship only after receiving your confirmation. Please check the design, wording, colors, dimensions, and other agreed specifications and report any discrepancies before confirming.
Pre-shipment approval does not remove your rights if a product arrives damaged, defective, or inconsistent with the agreed specifications.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Please review the delivery method, charges, and estimated timing for your order. Production time and shipping transit time may be separate. Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect the schedule.
Products from different product listings are packed separately. Shipping charges depend on the products and delivery methods selected and are shown at checkout or agreed in your quotation.
If an order is delayed or the delivery address needs correction, please contact us promptly. Any import duties, taxes, or customs responsibilities should be checked against the delivery terms provided for your order. Nothing in this section limits any delivery or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.
7. Installation and Product Use
Use products according to the supplied instructions and their stated electrical and environmental ratings. Confirm that the installation location, mounting surface, and power supply are suitable. Where electrical work or specialist mounting is required, use an appropriately qualified installer.
Please check any permissions or site requirements that apply to your proposed installation. Installation services are included only where expressly stated in the product description or agreed quotation.
8. Cancellations, Returns, and Quality Issues
Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled before shipment. For custom products, contact txssy@hotmail.com before production begins to request cancellation. After production has started, cancellation requests are reviewed case by case and cannot be guaranteed, subject to applicable law.
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or refunds. Any cancellation or return rights required by law remain available, including those that may apply to eligible in-stock items.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or inconsistent with the agreed specifications, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order number, a description, and supporting photos or videos. This reporting period does not limit statutory rights or longer periods required by law.
Depending on the issue, we may offer repair, replacement, or a mutually agreed partial refund. Where the law requires another remedy, including a full refund, we will provide it. Shipping costs and return arrangements are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
9. Customer Artwork and Website Content
Please ensure that you have permission to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, images, or text submitted for a custom order. You allow us to use those materials as needed to prepare designs, manufacture your order, and provide related customer service. You retain any ownership rights you hold in your submitted materials.
Submitting artwork for an order does not by itself authorize us to use it in public marketing. Any such use requires an appropriate permission or other lawful basis.
Content on this website belongs to its respective rights holders. Do not reproduce or use it commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Questions, Disputes, and Changes
If you have a concern about an order, contact us with your order number and relevant details so that we can help resolve it. This does not restrict your right to use any complaint process or legal remedy available under applicable law.
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms provided when you place your order apply to that order unless a change is agreed with you or required by law. The date above identifies this version.
