Returns, Cancellations & Quality Issues

Order cancellations
You may cancel your order before we begin production by contacting txssy001@gmail.com. Once production has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed. This does not affect any cancellation rights required by applicable law.

Custom-made products and approval before shipment
We provide photos and videos of your custom-made sign for your approval before shipment. We ship only after receiving your confirmation. Please carefully check the design, wording, colour and other agreed specifications.
Once confirmed, custom-made products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds, except where required by law. This custom-made product provision applies only to products made to your specifications or personalised for you, not automatically to all ready-to-buy products.

Change-of-mind returns
We do not offer voluntary returns for change of mind. Any cancellation or return rights required by applicable law remain available.

Quality issues
If your item arrives damaged, is defective or does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos or videos showing the issue. Pre-shipment approval and this reporting period do not limit your statutory rights or longer periods required by law.

Return arrangements
Please contact us before sending an item back so we can assess the issue, authorise the return and provide return instructions. Our return authorisation process does not remove your statutory rights.

Solutions
Depending on the issue, we may offer repair, replacement or a partial refund agreed with you. Where applicable law requires a different remedy, including a full refund, we will provide that remedy.

Shipping costs
Customers pay all shipping costs for voluntary after-sales services where permitted by law. For defective goods, we will cover or reimburse shipping costs where required by applicable consumer law.
