Products and custom designs
Please review the product description, dimensions, design and selected options before ordering. For custom-made signs, we provide photos and videos for your approval before shipment and ship only after receiving your confirmation. Please carefully check the design, wording, colour and other agreed specifications. This approval does not waive your rights concerning defects or goods that do not match the agreed specifications.
Prices and payment
Review the displayed currency, selected product options, shipping charges and applicable taxes at checkout before paying. If an amount or specification is unclear, please contact us before placing your order.
Order cancellations
You may cancel your order before production begins by contacting txssy001@gmail.com. Once production has started, cancellation requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Delivery
Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. Review the available shipping method and delivery information for your order before payment. For custom goods, shipment follows your approval of the photos and videos.
Returns and quality issues
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and is available at https://cailemeng-sign.myshopify.com/policies/refund-policy. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns. Custom-made goods are generally not eligible for change-of-mind refunds, except where required by law. Please report quality issues within 30 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos or videos. Contact us for authorisation and instructions before returning an item. Depending on the issue, solutions may include repair, replacement or an agreed partial refund. Mandatory remedies and longer statutory reporting periods remain available.
After-sales shipping
Customers pay shipping costs for voluntary after-sales services where permitted by law. We cover or reimburse shipping costs for defective goods where required by applicable consumer law.
