Production time
Neon signs: normally 3–5 calendar days.
Illuminated channel letters: normally 7–10 calendar days.
Production time is separate from shipping transit time. For custom-made products, we provide photos and videos for your approval before shipment and ship after your confirmation.

Destinations
We arrange delivery to most countries, subject to carrier availability and the shipping options available for your destination. Please contact us before ordering if your country or delivery option is unavailable.

Shipping methods and charges
Customers select an available shipping method and pay the shipping charges. We arrange the shipment with the carrier. Shipping charges vary according to the product style, size, selected method and destination. Please review your order’s shipping charge before payment.

Delivery time
Transit times depend on the selected service and destination and are separate from the production period. Refer to the delivery estimate provided for your order. Customs clearance, carrier delays and public holidays may affect arrival dates.

Import duties and customs charges
Import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are not included in shipping charges and are payable separately by the customer where applicable.
